Grants Analyst

Job Description Under the general direction of the Associate Deputy Director within the Grant and Contract Administration (GCA) Unit, the Analyst I supports the development and administration of grants and contracts, including fiscal management, regulatory compliance, report development, and grant application submission. The incumbent is responsible for grant data tracking and management within the designated CRM system. Responsibilities Support the development and administration of grants and contracts, including fiscal management, regulatory compliance, report development, and grant application submission. Track and manage grant data within the designated CRM system. Prepare and manage grant documentation and reports. Assist with fiscal oversight including budget tracking and fund reconciliation. Maintain grant records and implement process improvements. Qualifications Must meet the Analyst I exam requirement: Must provide school transcripts for educational credits; diplomas are not accepted. Submit State Employment Application STD 678 with complete employment history. Provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) no more than 2 pages, addressing: (1) experience administering grants or contracts; (2) fiscal oversight experience; (3) CRM/database experience and process improvement.
