Work Environment\n

This position operates in a flexible remote work setting, allowing our LCSW to connect with clients comfortably and efficiently from their home or office. Our work schedules are structured to promote work-life balance, ensuring that our team members can maintain their personal well-being. The standard work hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, enabling a structured and consistent work routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling services to clients experiencing various mental health disorders.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, to ensure holistic care delivery and effective communication about patient needs.

• Manage and maintain a caseload that includes regular follow-ups to track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health and offer tools for self-management and coping strategies.
\n
• Identify and refer clients who may require inpatient care, specialty services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to appropriate external agencies.

• Screen clients for substance use disorders and provide guidance or referrals to support programs.
\n
• Adhere to organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and ethical guidelines regarding patient care.

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking help for anxiety and depression to families managing complex interpersonal issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural competence and an ability to connect effectively with clients from various backgrounds, respecting their unique experiences and perspectives to enhance their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
