The New Car Auto Dealer Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dealership's administrative functions. This includes overseeing day-to-day office activities, managing financial records, and coordinating with various departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly.
- Supervise and support office staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and operation.
- Maintain and manage financial records, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing office processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance and bring insights for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
