CNC Operator

Entry-Level Machinist

Pay: Up to $27/hour

Location: Cambridge, MN

This is a great opportunity for someone with a little hands-on experience who wants to learn CNC machining and build a long-term career.

No CNC experience required. If you've worked in manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, landscaping, or enjoy working with tools and equipment, we'd like to talk with you. We provide paid training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to learn valuable machining skills.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
• Load materials and keep machines running efficiently
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Learn CNC machining and develop new skills

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of hands-on experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse equipment operation, or another mechanical role
• Comfortable working with tools and machinery
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, positive attitude, and good work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
