You arrive to a clean, safety-focused facility, gear up with your PPE, and head to your station. Depending on your path, you’ll either keep production equipment running smoothly or ensure every part meets strict quality standards. You’ll be part of a supportive team that trains you from day one—no prior manufacturing experience needed.

• Start up, run, and stop production machinery using clear work instructions.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts with care and consistency.
• Keep an eye on equipment performance for quality and throughput.
• Perform basic quality checks on parts as they come off the line.
• Record production data and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Inspect parts against defined quality standards and criteria.
• Conduct visual checks and take simple measurements as required.
• Document inspection outcomes with precision and clarity.
• Flag defects, communicate concerns, and collaborate with production teams.
• Adhere to quality procedures and safety guidelines rigorously.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 6:15 PM – 5:00 AM

Expect a stable full-time schedule with overtime opportunities. Roles are temp-to-hire with potential for long-term growth.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or quality experience helpful but not required.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable attendance and openness to overtime.
• Basic computer/documentation skills (for quality roles).
• Comfort standing for extended periods (quality roles) and working repetitively as needed.

• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Perform repetitive tasks across the shift.
• Work overtime and some weekends as needed (average 50–60 hours per week).

• Clean manufacturing facility.
• Exposure to heat during summer months.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• PPE required: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat. Protective sleeves and gloves are provided.

• No experience required—paid training provided.
