RN/LPN- 12-Hour Shifts, Home Care - Weekends

We are looking for RNs and LPNs with pediatric care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case. Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs, Vents. (Illinois)Home Health Experience PreferredPediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube)Oasis Trained1 year experience.Proof of eligibility to work in the US.Reliable car / auto insurance.Clean background and criminal record.
