Product Operations Architect: Onboarding & Scale
Ramp
Ramp is building the operating systems that streamline onboarding and spend for customers. You will own the loop turning customer signals into root causes, prioritized fixes, proactive CX updates, and measurable reductions in customer friction. This role spans onboarding to spend, including login, invites, provisioning, multi-entity setup, and policies. You will partner with product, engineering, design, data, CX, sales, CSM, and operations to translate feedback into actionable plans and shipped #J-18808-Ljbffr Ramp
