This is not a traditional Sales Manager job

It is a 1099 independent commercial partnership opportunity for leaders who want to take ownership of a territory, build a sales organization, and create significant income through performance.

Earning Opportunity

$200,000+ annual earning potential

Performance-based compensation beginning at approximately:

$3,500 per approved mitigation sale

with additional earning potential based on production and the final commercial structure.

There is no traditional salary ceiling.

Who We're Looking For

We are especially interested in leaders with backgrounds in:

• Restoration
• Solar
• HVAC
• Impact Windows & Doors
• Water Filtration
• Pest Control
• Security
• Home Improvement
• Door-to-Door Sales
• High-Ticket Residential Sales

You do not need to come specifically from mitigation or restoration.

What matters most is your ability to:

• Recruit strong producers
• Build and develop sales teams
• Lead independent or commission-based salespeople
• Create accountability and performance culture
• Develop territories
• Coach and motivate people
• Produce measurable commercial results
• Scale an organization

Having an existing sales team or active network is a major advantage.
