Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path. I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television doing sports and weather—an experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
