Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crystal Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, ensuring that both partners feel heard and understood.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address a variety of issues including, but not limited to, conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions with sensitivity and compassion.
\n
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mental health outcomes.
\n
• Offering support for various issues, such as grief and loss, job stress, separation and divorce, and adjustment challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward healthier behaviors and improved relationships.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus largely on couples and families facing complex relational dynamics, as well as individuals confronting personal challenges. You will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Job-related stress
\n
• Adjustment issues stemming from separation and divorce

• Conflict resolution among family members

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced therapists to apply, preferred candidates will have:

• A proven track record of delivering quality patient care in a clinical setting.

• Flexibility in scheduling availability, with the ability to provide at least 30 hours of therapy per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
