$16.50-$18.00/hour

Job Summary:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Part Time, you will play a vital role in our care team, delivering high-quality patient care and support. About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, assistance with daily living activities, and personal care

• Assist with medication administration, reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff, and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Participate in the implementation of care plans and report changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to prevent harm to residents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
