Assistant General ManagerThe Role As an Assistant General Manager, you will keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and make sure guests leave ready to come back. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results. What You'll DoOwn center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events on every shiftDrive sales through strong hospitality, guest engagement, and sharp service standardsHire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across all departmentsManage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventoryStay visible and active during peak shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysExecute company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements in partnership with the GMWhat You'll Bring3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operationsProven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environmentExperience training and developing department-level managersA floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distanceFinancial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impactFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
