Landscape/Hardscape Foreman
Join Our Team
We are seeking an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to lead installation crews on residential projects. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates effectively with clients and team members, and enjoys building exceptional outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscape and hardscape installation crews.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings.
- Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, plant material, and landscape lighting.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment.
- Communicate with project managers and homeowners throughout each project.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of landscape or hardscape installation experience , with leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, planting, and general landscape construction.
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
