Strategic Planning and Operations Manager In this vital role you will lead and manage new product introductions (NPI) and technology transfers to external manufacturing organizations. Lead and manage new product introductions and technology transfers to third‑party manufacturing organizations. Lead NPI activities for new programs’ tech transferring into CMOs. Provide project strategic direction for external manufacturing technical transfer and new product introduction activities, coordinating cross‑functional workstreams from Quality, Process Development, Contracts, Supply Chain, Analytical Sciences, and Global Strategic Sourcing. Execute and adhere to PSM NPI business processes and operating model. Lead multiple cross‑functional projects of medium to high complexity. Build and maintain project plans and team assignments using project planning tools, estimate project cost, adhere to budget, and supervise work efforts on a daily basis. Identify resource needs, perform project reviews, and advance functional, quality, timeline, and cost issues appropriately. Utilize project management processes, software, and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high quality standards, and satisfy customer expectations. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Operations experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Operations experience Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and cross‑functional project management skills Strong technical background with understanding of pharmaceutical manufacture and commercialization Demonstrated accountability to deliver results and meet deadlines while handling competing priorities Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills Strong presentation abilities, oral and written, including confidence and decisiveness when engaging with Senior Management and customers Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts Salary Range: $109,640.65 – $148,337.35 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr VetJobs
