You will play a vital role in building a robust talent pipeline and contributing to the evolution of our recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates across a variety of roles. Build and maintain an active recruitment pipeline using modern sourcing techniques and digital platforms. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide status updates. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes. Track metrics, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes. Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a US university, preferably within the last 1-2 years. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sourcing and recruitment. Excellent self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and social media channels. Highly organized with effective multitasking and prioritization abilities. Energetic, persistent, and eager to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced startup. Preferred Qualifications Internship or previous experience in recruiting or HR.
