Administrative Assistant
AES Hearth & Patio is a leading retailer of Alternative Heating, Custom Fireplaces, and Outdoor Living Products, offered from a variety of manufacturers. We currently have showroom locations in Chambersburg, Camp Hill, Newville and Burnham, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville and Burnham.
As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to perform administrative tasks that keeps our Burnham Showroom & Service departments operating efficiently. This position will work directly with our Burnham Operations Manager & Administrative Manager.
This person will...
- answer incoming and make outgoing calls efficiently.
- perform service scheduling and write up service request.
- assist with maintaining showroom cleanliness and decorating.
- assist with Point-of-Sale transactions in the showroom
- perform some bookkeeping tasks to include deposits, AR & AP
We are looking for...
- excellent written and verbal skills.
- experience working in a service sales environment.
- experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
