Work Environment

This position is onsite, where you will work directly within patients' homes, providing individualized therapy in a familiar environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing evaluations and modify treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, expected outcomes, and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and external healthcare providers, to facilitate a seamless continuum of care.
• Document treatment progress, outcomes, and any required adjustments thoroughly, ensuring adherence to professional standards of documentation.
• Supervise and manage the assigned support staff to maintain high standards of patient care, fostering a supportive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Lifepoint Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain patients, and those requiring rehabilitative care due to various neurological or musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
