Employee Relations Specialist
$40 - $45 per hourGreen Key Resources
Non-profit organization in NYC is seeking a temporary Employee Relations Specialist for a 6-month contract. Must have 2 years of Employee Relations experience with a focus on conducting HR investigations.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay rate: $40 - $45/hr.
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee relations concerns.
- Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure workplace compliance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to address employee grievances effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigations and outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions on employee relations and workplace policies.
- Monitor trends in employee relations to proactively address issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
- Proven expertise in conducting HR investigations and resolving workplace issues.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
