About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, FP&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key finance leader, bringing a high level of structure, insight, and executive-level financial discipline to the business. This role is pivotal in a high-growth SaaS/subscription environment, with a strong focus on ARR, bookings, retention, and scalable growth. The VP, FP&A will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, owning the annual budgeting process, and providing the analytical support for board and investor-level reporting. Deep FP&A expertise, strong SaaS/subscription financial acumen, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner across the business are essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years' in a Vice-President of FP&A role. Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model is highly preferred, and a background in a private equity-backed or investor-reported environment is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to build and manage complex financial models, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. An MBA or CPA is also a plus. The VP, FP&A will be expected to lead a team, drive continuous improvement in planning tools, and ensure alignment between actuals, forecast, and management reporting.
