Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of Health Plan members presenting with behavioral issues, developing accurate diagnoses to inform treatment strategies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, selecting appropriate treatment modalities based on individual member needs.

• Communicate effectively both with clients and clinical staff, ensuring clarity in discussing treatment plans and fostering engagement.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of clinical encounters within members' charts, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Perform initial assessments through interviews that elicit the psychological and social context of presenting complaints.
\n
• Assess the urgency of patients’ needs and determine immediate care plans for clients in crisis.
\n
• Provide ongoing therapy and support, adapting treatment plans as necessary to promote client progress and well-being.

• Facilitate workshops or group therapy sessions as needed to enhance community wellness and collaboration among members.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a focus on clinical practice.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five years is essential.

• Proficient in delivering telehealth services and comfortable utilizing digital communication tools to interact with clients.
