About The Vault Enterprise

Our first hospital pilot begins in early 2027. As its results come in, we are bringing on a salesperson to carry them to hospitals across Ohio and beyond.

What you will do

• Turn pilot results into site licenses, first with the pilot hospital and then with the next hospitals we approach.
• Build relationships with nursing leaders, wellness officers and the people who decide on staff wellbeing programs.
• Work alongside our founder, who leads hospital outreach, and our Clinical Liaison, who leads product walkthroughs.
• Represent the product accurately, using what the pilot measures and the boundaries we keep on what we claim.

Who we are looking for

• Experience selling to hospitals or health systems, such as staff wellbeing programs, employee assistance, healthcare software or medical devices.
• Existing relationships with Ohio health systems.
• A clinical background, such as nursing, is a strong plus.
• Comfort with a long, relationship-driven sales cycle and with a product that is new to the market.
• Based in Ohio, with Columbus preferred.

Compensation

Commission on the first year of each license, with a monthly retainer during the first months of the engagement.
