More information about the company and its offerings can be found at Role Description The Director of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships for TOKE Network. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and developing business plans that align with company objectives. The Director will lead negotiations for key contracts, manage high-value accounts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends and competitive activity, and reporting on business development performance and forecasts to leadership. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into impactful partnerships and revenue-driving initiatives. Qualifications Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline. Experience in business planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, with the ability to structure and close complex deals. Account management experience, focusing on relationship building, customer success, and retention. Background in payments, fintech, financial services, or related technology-driven sectors is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and performance metrics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives or teams in a growth-oriented environment.
