Bilingual (English/Spanish) Reductions Assistant

Position Summary A Reductions Assistant is required to perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day‑to‑day administrative support. Duties include answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments with clients, working as a team with other departments to get final offer/net information for our clients, verifying and organizing medical bills, and executing the appropriate follow‑up procedures. Should have both great verbal and written communication skills. Essential Job Functions Perform general office clerk duties. Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with third parties. Verify and negotiate medical bills. Create and distribute refund statements. Sort and update required forms and documentation. Record information as needed. Prepare and circulate reports as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience / Requirements Full‑time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M‑F. High school/GED diploma required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Ability to verify medical bills. Strong customer service skills. Strong and clear phone presence. Legal experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to communicate with clients and co‑workers effectively and efficiently. Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
