Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Arizona.

• Certification in one or more recognized therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or systemic therapy.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred to ensure a solid foundation for comprehensive client care.

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a wider range of clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, candidates with previous experience in outpatient settings or specialized training in relationship dynamics will find this environment particularly rewarding. Compensation and Benefits\n
