Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) – Colorado

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Seasonal travel assignment; Night shift 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM; Patient ratios maintained per ASPAN standards (1 RN to 2 patients, up to 3 for same-day surgery patients)

• Work in a comprehensive PACU environment with 59 total bays across three locations including Main, Surgical Robotics, and Orthopedic Surgery Center
• Diverse case mix including high neuro volume, stroke patients, interventional radiology, TAVRs, spine, general surgery, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotic procedures
• Float opportunities between PACU locations for varied clinical experiences
• EMR system: Meditech; Equipment: GE Monitors

• Critical care overflow support and recovery for any patient receiving anesthesia

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience required
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state licensure
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Stroke Care certification preferred
• Critical Care experience strongly preferred
