About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Travel Registered Nurse – PACU – Colorado**Start Date:** September 28, 2026**Location:** Englewood, Colorado**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM; seasonal travel assignment; schedule varies based on surgery schedule

Highlights:

• Comprehensive post-anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties including high-volume neuro, stroke, interventional radiology, TAVR, spine, general, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotic procedures
• Cross-training opportunity with float rotation between three PACU units (Main, Surgical Robotics, Orthopedic Surgery Center) totaling 59 combined Pre-Op and PACU bays
• ASPAN-standard staffing ratios: 1 RN to 2 patients; same-day surgery patients may have up to 3 at a time
• GE monitoring equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Critical care overflow opportunities for expanded clinical experience
• Team environment with employee satisfaction rate of 91%

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience (required)
• Active RN license eligible for Colorado
• Current PALS, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Stroke care experience preferred
• Critical care and/or PACU experience highly preferred
• Flexible, outgoing personality with strong adaptability skills
