Embark on a rewarding role making an impact in educational settings as a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity offers meaningful experiences supporting students in Carbon and Lehigh Counties. Work a consistent school-day schedule and collaborate with dedicated educational professionals from now until June 11, 2027 (tentative end date subject to assigned school calendar).

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Educational Specialist I or II Certificate
• Comfort and experience working with students of varying disabilities and support needs
• Ability to work 35 hours per week during school operational hours
• Flexibility to be placed and work across schools in Carbon and/or Lehigh Counties as assigned
• Willingness and ability to attend an in-person interview
• Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or special education settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students with a spectrum of needs, integrating therapy into academic environments
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain documentation aligned with school and state requirements
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required
• Adapt to changing assignments and locations as dictated by the needs of the school system
