Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based, one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to address various mental health concerns.

• Encourage open dialogue during sessions to help clients articulate their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and understanding.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and navigating pathways to achieve them.

• Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluation methods, then develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused methodologies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health conditions. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in helping them develop the necessary coping mechanisms and life skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid independent licensure in California: either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency in navigating telehealth technology and electronic health records.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and create effective treatment strategies for varied client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
