Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Implement feedback scales such as the Digital Alliance Scale in every session to ensure continuous improvement in therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Maintain an active caseload by scheduling availability for 33 patient hours each week, accommodating for potential cancellations and downtime.
\n
• Engage in weekly team consultations, sharing insightful case studies and personal experiences, fostering a culture of learning.
\n
• Adhere to company policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, and patient onboarding and termination.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients seeking help for mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic prioritizes patient engagement, helping motivated individuals navigate their personal struggles and achieve their self-improvement goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a relevant field such as social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

• Eligible for licensure in the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
\n
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

• Experience working in a group practice setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for telehealth and client management.

• Interest in supervision and mentoring of associate clinicians.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, ensuring financial security for our clinicians. Additional benefits include:
