How YouWillMake an Impact

• Lead proactive consultative needs analyses and execute account strategies with the Sales Manager to support healthcare clients
• Monitor assigned accounts toidentifyrevenue growth opportunities and improve service levels for hospitals and large healthcare organizations
• Achieve monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas by understanding and addressing complex voice,videoand data needs
• Present tailored proposals andfacilitatesales presentations to resolve client business challenges
• Expand SpectrumBusiness's reach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts
• Qualify new leads, coordinate sitesurveysandsubmitreturn on investment analyses to sales management
• Maintainaccuratesales databases for tracking client information and sales activities
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales knowledge and stay informed on market trends
• Ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success

What You Will Bring to Spectrum

RequiredQualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)

Experience

• 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals

Skills

• Read, write,speakand understand English
• Demonstratedtrack recordof exceeding sales quotas
• Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacityand fiber-connected networks
• Proven product and technical knowledge
• Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills
• Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth
• Valid driver's license, safe drivingrecordand willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Experience

• 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice or video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry
• Experience in the Healthcare Sales Vertical

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook

The base pay for this position generally is between $69,000.00 and $136,600.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $88,800 .
