Operate and maintain specialized motorized equipment for the purpose of grounds maintenance and snow removal. Work is performed to maintain compliance with FAA standards.Essential Duties:Operate and maintain motorized equipment: Operate and maintain a variety of motorized equipment to include: Vans, trucks, loaders backhoes, skid steer, graders, sweepers and specialized snow removal equipment. Perform daily maintenance and make minor adjustments on equipment.Perform maintenance, repairs and improvements to Airport property: Perform maintenance, repairs and improvements to Airport roads, grounds, airfield pavement and fence lines.Perform maintenance to buildings and fixtures: Perform maintenance and repairs to Airport buildings and fixtures.Participate in training and train others: Participate in various training classes and seminars. Assist in training other maintenance personnel.Minimum Qualifications:Current Resident of WIValid WI Driver's LicenseHigh school diploma or G. E. D. equivalentAt least Two (2) year of experience of semi-skilled mechanical, building and groundsAbility to lift/carry up to 60 lbs. and push/pull up to 60Ibs. Is required.License:Obtain within 6 months of hire and maintain Commercial Driver's License-Class B with air brake endorsementObtain within 6 months upon hire and maintain throughout employment - Class 1 Airport Drivers LicenseNOTE: This original application is open to permanent residents of the state of Wisconsin at the time of application.
