What You'll Do

• Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients across various units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
• Monitor and manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV lines
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Record patient information accurately in electronic health records (EPIC proficiency required)
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid ICU nursing license in Ohio or appropriate valid state license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR systems
• Experience in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
