Position Details Hours: Evening shift, Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, in person. Key Performance Indicators Zero documentation errors on a weekly basis Average Facility Audit Score of 90% 5‑7 hours per day of active facilitation/support on the treatment floor Master the BHT competencies within 30‑60 days of employment Live the OCD Anxiety Centers values by modeling positivity and growth within the peer community Reduce early discharges by at least 10% and maintain an average length of stay of 52 days by ensuring treatment satisfaction Competencies Understanding of the client level system and disorder modules (OCD, BDD, GAD, SAD, panic, trauma, and modules in the Facilitator’s guide) Proficiency with the EMR system: charting, note creation, outcome measures, uploading documents, etc. Knowledge of youth client core concepts, safety, parent/family participation, and developmental considerations Ability to implement and document behavioral contingency plans and identify discontinued plans Effective facilitation of Exposure Groups, DBT Groups, and Specialty Skills Groups, demonstrated on competency evaluation forms Recognition of systemic issues that may impact floor flow Understanding of the Crisis Response Plan, including response to safety question triggers Proficiency in de‑escalation, crisis intervention, and behavior management techniques Knowledge of controlled‑use keyholder responsibilities and red‑cart item management Experience using Kindles for group facilitation and inventory management Familiarity with IOP policies and client attendance procedures Capability to provide telehealth via Google Meet when appropriate and to run exposures online Skill in accessing general client notes and knowing when to add information Responsiveness to therapist regarding behavioral, safety, or attendance concerns Use of coping scripts to support client exposures Timing of community exposure runs and client procedures Administration of weekly surveys and encouragement of client participation Storage, audit, and disposal of food exposure items Responsibilities Actively engage clients through clinical interactions, assist with skill development and interventions Provide a high standard of compassionate, professional care and maintain effective client interactions consistently Validate clients in a warm, safe environment to motivate them to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors Facilitate groups within the IOP and maintain a professional client environment, collecting homework, documenting clinically, and providing feedback to primary therapists Monitor client daily activities and implement the treatment plan Manage business resources efficiently for the benefit of clients, employees, and the organization Plan, organize, and conduct lesson plans for group settings Maintain written documentation such as progress notes and group therapy notes Master de‑escalation techniques and crisis management Encourage team engagement, loyalty, and cooperation through effective employee interactions that promote trust and respect Expand knowledge and skills through supervision and oversight by licensed clinical staff Maintain client satisfaction by practicing OCD Anxiety Centers values and associated behaviors Integrate the organization’s mission into all activities, interactions, and decision‑making processes Adhere to all company policies and procedures Present a professional appearance and demeanor Maintain a safe and clean environment Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Expertise You Have Some college education or related experience Ability to think critically and problem‑solve Willingness to work as a team to meet business needs Proficient computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and other software Accurate and efficient electronic data entry Punctuality and excellent attendance Organized, detail‑oriented, initiative‑driven, and capable of working independently Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Thrives in a changing work environment, indoors and outdoors, and with noise Physical demands include prolonged sitting at a desk or table, bending, lifting, and walking Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience with OCD, anxiety, or trauma Disclaimer OCD Anxiety Centers does not claim this job description contains a comprehensive list of all duties.
