Customer Success Representative

**Location: Orlando, FL Employment Type: Full-Time** About The Role We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to support our clients throughout their entire experience with our company. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them onboard, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they get the most value from our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing support, and helping customers succeed. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions, requests, and ongoing support Assist customers with onboarding, setup, or service activation Understand customer needs and guide them through best practices or solutions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful use of services Troubleshoot issues and mandatory ???
