CSR Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and develop a team of remote life insurance professionals. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and driving consistent performance in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of remote sales agents
- Provide hands-on coaching and performance support
- Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and consistency
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
- Lead by example through direct sales activity when appropriate
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction
- Support team members in navigating complex sales conversations
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness
- Communicate industry updates, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
Lead by Example - Conduct virtual consultations with clients to explain benefit options and assist with enrollment.
- Provide personalized service and tailored recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Address questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Expand your professional network using outreach and referral strategies.
- Manage your schedule effectively to meet team and client goals.
- Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within life insurance or financial services
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a fully remote team
- 100% remote position (U.S.-based candidates only; excluding NY & MA)
