Client Service - Assistant Vice President

What You Will Be Responsible For Ensure daily adherence to end-of-night SLAs and manage client communications as necessary. Manage client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily interaction with clients and internal counterparts. Maintain superior client service by acting as an advocate and proactively identifying issues which risk impact to client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams and clients, facilitating communication to ensure an effective operating environment. Provide overall project management for client-related and internal initiatives, acting as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation while managing internal and external expectations. Begin to focus on strategic aspects of maintaining long‑term relationships and helping to grow share of wallet. Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and potential new business opportunities. Operate with minimal supervision and an owner’s mindset in a complex, fast‑moving environment. Experience in a client‑facing role, robust communications skills, and some experience with presentations. Proficiency on Enterprise platforms. Education & Preferred Qualifications BS/BA degree required. Must have 4-6 years of financial services experience in operational, product management, or a project oversight capacity. Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior STT management. Additional Requirements Experience with Canadian‑domiciled products a plus. Are you the right candidate? Yes! Salary Range $80,000 - $140,000 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
