Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to share their concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address a range of mental health issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide array of mental health needs. By engaging with these clients, you will contribute to improving their overall quality of life through targeted intervention strategies and personal support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following full licensures to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no records of disciplinary actions are acceptable.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a supportive nature.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
