Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and challenges.

• Design and develop individualized treatment plans that are reflective of clients' unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering an environment where family members can understand and actively participate in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adolescents and their families, presenting with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Your role will focus on understanding the specific cultural and socio-economic factors that influence each client’s mental health, enabling you to deliver culturally competent and sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Extensive experience in mental health counseling and specialized training in evidence-based practices.

• Proven ability to build therapeutic rapport and motivate clients, adapting to their individual needs and progress.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless integration within the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy delivery.

• Knowledge of community resources and support systems available for clients and families.

• Experience with various populations, particularly children and adolescents, and an understanding of developmental issues.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $104,000 based on experience, credentials, and performance.
