Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify issues and concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and align with each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions—both individual and group formats—to provide support and utilize intervention strategies to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary in close consultation with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, demonstrating strong crisis management skills to support clients in distress effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Your comprehensive understanding of these disorders will enable you to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies, ensuring effective and compliant documentation practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
