Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enrich client outcomes.

• Participate actively in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the quality of care through knowledge exchange.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and available resources in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
