Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting intake assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Providing psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintaining a clean record by adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices as established by your licensing board.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, all facing various mental health challenges. You will work primarily with individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our unique model allows you to focus on therapy without the pressure of billing insurance, ensuring that you can devote all your energy to your clients’ mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or clinical psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
\n
• Proficiency in CBT and familiarity with additional evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.

• Excellent writing abilities for effective documentation of therapy sessions.

• A pristine compliance record without any disciplinary actions from any licensing board.
