Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs and goals of clients, ensuring individualized care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' specific issues, aspirations, and therapeutic needs.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Utilize our teletherapy systems to schedule and conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities including attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach and a non-judgmental attitude that respects clients' experiences and backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a busy caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on the licensure board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth capacity is highly desirable.
