Work Environment\n

As a remote position, our Mental Health Therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home while remaining actively engaged with our collaborative team. We have a structured work schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Our innovative telehealth systems enable you to provide seamless care while maintaining strong connections with patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing tools and questionnaires to determine clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual or group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and supportive group sessions that foster a sense of community and provide a platform for discussing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health factors.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to stay informed of advancements in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in treatment.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to varied populations, showcasing adaptability and a client-centered approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications for patient management.

• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a history of effective patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
