HR Generalist Location: South Windsor (On-Site) Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Join a Growing Organization An established and rapidly expanding company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a key early role in supporting organizational growth, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who that is looking for a future seat at the table . You’ll partner closely with leadership, support employees across the organization, and help strengthen the foundation for future expansion. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions Coordinate onboarding and new hire integration programs Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers Support employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices Help drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations Support workforce planning and organizational growth efforts Qualifications 3+ years of HR Generalist experience Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience supporting a fast-paced, evolving business environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on HR professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and creating structure within a growing organization.
