This role involves managing a book of Personal Lines business, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring seamless policy administration. Compensation Package Salary : $44,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide A-Z servicing of a Personal Lines book of business. Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals. Conduct coverage reviews and ensure client satisfaction. Work directly with carriers to address client needs. Support producers as needed. Learn and manage Farm insurance (training provided). Qualifications/Requirements Must Have : Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Preferred : Experience in an independent agency setting. Willingness to learn Farm insurance if not already experienced.
