Agronomy Sales Manager

Legacy Farmers Cooperative Inc.

Legacy Farmers Cooperative is looking for an experienced agronomy professional to lead our Crop Specialist team and drive sales growth throughout our trade territory. The Agronomy Sales Manager will: Lead sales programs for fertilizer, crop protection, seed, precision agriculture, and scouting services Coach and develop Crop Specialists while maintaining accountability for sales goals Regularly join Crop Specialists on in-person sales calls to help identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales Develop sales plans, customer follow-up strategies, and seasonal promotions Strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers Collaborate with Legacy’s agronomy locations and other business divisions to identify sales opportunities This position requires regular travel between Legacy Farmers Cooperative locations, the home office, and customer locations. The ideal candidate will have an agronomic background, sales and leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. CCA certification—or the ability to obtain it is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
