- Perform break-fix activities including hard drive, motherboard, and keyboard replacements
- Complete whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals as needed
- Accurately close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone and call management system
- Travel efficiently throughout the metro and surrounding areas with your own reliable vehicle

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop break-fix
- Solid general knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications (e.g., Windows OS, Office Suite)
- Strong troubleshooting ability for basic technical issues
- Own, reliable car with active car insurance is mandatory
