Expectations and Tasks Manage, advance, and build high performing individuals and teams concerning engineering and social aspects. Hire, foster motivation, integrate employees, and support team learning and development. Actively address and resolve team issues. Provide application implementation services within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Extend, modify, or adapt existing designs and participate in the development of new (sub-)systems. Offer feedback and set development goals. Drive and actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Actively drive Customer Collaboration aligned with PO. Contribute as a management stakeholder to sustainable and high-quality components. Proactively act to understand business needs and offer solutions that align across business units. Implement strategic action plans and make operational decisions on policies, tactics, and resources. Ensure strategy roll-out into own team/organization. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience must involve five (5) years in the following: Object-oriented programming language, including Java, C#, or C++ Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or AJAX UI frameworks, including JQuery, ExtJS, ReactJs, or Node.js Design and develop RESTful webservices using Service Oriented Architecture SQL and relational databases including Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server Unit and integration testing utilizing JUnit framework Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies Application architecture, development, and security concepts Compensation Range Transparency The annual base salary range for this position is $178,347 - $291,264. The targeted combined range for this position is $189,800 - $322,600.
