Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Entry-level position Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties: Pick customer orders by hand using an electric cart Utilize pick-to-light and handheld scanner systems Accurately select, sort, and prepare products for shipment Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization tasks Follow inventory and order accuracy procedures Maintain a safe and productive work environment Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities: Lift up to 30 pounds continuously Stand and walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours per shift Work at a fast pace throughout the entire shift Frequent bending, reaching, and movement required Additional Requirements: Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required Shorts and t-shirts permitted Must be comfortable working in a large warehouse environment Ability to walk quickly and safely throughout the shift One 20-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid break Safety vest, safety glasses, and badge provided One earbud permitted for music only while working
