Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and craft tailored treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to both pre-crisis and crisis management.

• Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as indicated to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaboratively work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client access to resources.
\n
• Foster effective communication and strong relationships within the community to promote the mission and objectives of Living Free.
\n
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and funding sources that will enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at key meetings and task forces.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operational and service goals.

Qualifications\n
